Private yoga with Agathe isn’t a fixed sequence. It’s a practice built around you: your mobility, recovery, and the areas that need attention.
Before your first session, we take time to talk about you. Where you are, what you’re working toward, what your body is telling you now. That’s how body intelligence is built: through precision, awareness, and a practice that adapts with you.
Sessions are individual or shared with a small group of friends or family as meaningful way to move and reconnect with the people you care about.

My classes help you discover or deepen your yoga practice while supporting how you move in daily life and sport. Expect fluid sequences, precise body awareness, and a practice built to keep you strong, mobile, and injury-free long term.
Each session targets what matters most: shoulder mobility, hip opening, knee strength, and spinal health — protecting key joints while expanding your range of motion. Balance and proprioception refine control and build functional strength that carries into everything you do.
Breathwork and grounding are woven in to help regulate your nervous system, stay focused, and recover smarter.
Open to all levels, with modifications so everyone progresses at their own pace.
