I started yoga with Agathe with no experience and no idea what to expect... and I loved it straight away: the classes are well explained and accessible, with several variations offered for each pose, so you never feel lost and always at ease. The classes alternate between dynamic flow and calmer moments. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I quickly noticed progress and how much good it does, and I can only recommend it 🙂

I’ve been attending yoga mobility classes every week for about a year now, and the experience has been very positive. The sessions combine strength and mobility really well, creating a great balance where you train hard but still finish feeling relaxed. Since I started, I’ve noticed clear improvements in both my climbing and running. The small group setting also creates a comfortable and close atmosphere.

Yoga with Agathe is a true bubble in the week, the kind of class that makes you want to come back every time. Warm atmosphere, accessible to all levels, and a perfect 90 minutes format that leaves nothing out: breathwork to start, a full practice, and a final relaxation that you come out of feeling transformed. Really great class! Agathe offers different variations of the movements, which allows everyone to adapt their session. On top of that, with the variety of classes (flow, strengthening, etc.) there's something for everyone 🙂

I started doing yoga with Agathe one year ago. It was my first yoga experience and I felt clumsy and not flexible or strong enough to approach it. But practicing with Agathe is something that really builds your confidence together with your strength and flexibility.
